A dedicated team of more than 100 investment professionals offer institutional investors, family offices and fund managers full access to premium investment opportunities in the Nordic real estate market. With an ’eyes-on-the-ground’ approach, we are part of professional real estate networks in all four countries, enabling us to curate the best units. With this unique Nordic insight, we build a robust and profitable investment portfolio with a Nordic foundation.

Our AUM real estate portfolio totals EUR 7.8 bn through funds or segregated mandates. The portfolio consists of +400 properties in all market segments in the Nordic countries.
