Funds
As an independent fund manager, we manage nine funds across the Nordics under the brand DEAS Fund Management. Investors include institutional investors, familiy offices and high-net-worth individuals. DEAS Fund Management is licensed to manage and market alternative investment funds (AIFs)
Segregated mandates
We manage segregated mandates, where we, on behalf of individual institutional and international investors within various sectors and across all risk profiles (Core, Core+, value add and opportunistic) deliver investment and asset management services based on in-depth market knowledge.
Joint ventures
We setup and manage joint ventures with developers and/or investors. DEAS Asset Management are able to co-invest in alignment of interests.

Our history
DEAS was originally established in Denmark in 1989 as a property management business owned by Danish Pension Funds.
In 2013 DEAS established its Fund & Asset Management business in Denmark with DEAS Asset Management.
In 2015 Montagu Private Equity, a leading European private equity firm, acquired DEAS Group.
In 2021 the Fund and Asset Management business was expanded with the acquisition of abrdn’s Nordic real estate platform and a team with a long proven track record.
